Kama follows a group of teenagers who cross the forbidden borders of their homeland in search of what lies beyond. What begins as curiosity turns into a spiritual calling to restore Maat, balance, in a world slowly falling into chaos. At the centre are twins, Ruwa and Tanz, who are drawn into a prophetic initiation that challenges their courage, faith, and bond. As Isfet rises and disorder spreads across their land, the young people must confront forces far greater than themselves. Through ritual, live music, movement, and storytelling, Kama becomes more than a performance, kAMA becomes a communal act of remembering, healing, and imagining African renewal through the strength of the next generation.
